Hong Kong #4

Último dia em Hong Kong. Primeiro dia em Xangai.

Fomos até ao Centro de Arte Visuais de Hong Kong ver a exposição da pequena Wong Kai Yee, que com apenas 2 anos faz as pinturas mais incríveis. Para chegar até lá passámos pelo Hong Kong Park, que estava cheio de famílias felizes.

Fechámos o dia em HK no terraço do World Trade Center com um coktail na mão.

Last day in Hong Kong. First day in Shanghai.

We went to the Visual Arts Center in Hong Kong to see the exhibition of small Wong Kai Yee, with only 2 years she makes the most amazing paintings. To get there we passed by the Hong Kong Park, which was full of happy families.

We closed the day at HK on the terrace of the World Trade Center with a cocktail in our hands.

Hong Kong #3 - parte II

À tarde visitámos a Star Avenue, uma espécie de Walk of Fame chinesa. Tirámos fotografias com um Bruce Lee metálico. E terminámos o dia no Museu de Arte de Hong Kong a ver a exposição do Chinês Ha Bik-chuen.

"Para descobrir o lado mais vivo de si mesmo basta fazer a sua vida verdadeiramente sua e estar aberto para os recursos que tem em si."

Notas sobre HK:

- O nosso lugar preferido para tomar pequenos-almoços.

- Os chineses de Hong Kong têm um inglês difícil de entender mas, apesar disso, a comunicação foi mais ou menos simples.

- Em qualquer loja, tentam impingir-nos este mundo e o outro.

In the afternoon we visited the star avenue, a kind of walk of fame in China. We took photographs with a metallic Bruce Lee. And we finished the day at the Hong Kong Museum of Art seeing the exhibition of the Chinese Ha Bik-chuen.

Notes on HK:

- Our favorite place to take breakfast.

- The Chinese in Hong Kong have an English hard to understand, but despite that, the communication was more or less simple.

- In any store, they try to push us to buy this world and another.

Hong Kong #3

No terceiro dia em Hong Kong, resolvemos ir até à Ilha de Cheung Chan – uma ilha em forma de sino, segundo os guias – para o Bun Festival (o bun é um pãozinho recheado).

Visitámos alguns templos, olhámos para o mar, comemos bun de pasta de sésamo (sabor assim-assim...).

On the third day in Hong Kong, we decided to go to the island of Cheung Chan – a bell-shaped island, according to the guidebooks – to Bun Festival.

We visited some temples, looked at the sea, ate bun of sesame paste (taste so-so ...).
