Alimentar o olhar e a escuta significa perceber que não se sabe ainda nada e assim abrir-se um espaço para a revelação.
Quando chamamos alguém de estúpido dizemos também: eu sei mais do que tu! Mas a verdade é que sabedoria é admitir que o outro pode ter algo para nos ensinar.
Hoje entrei em contacto com uma dor e percebi que até ao meu corpo eu tenho que mostrar humildade.
Se não parar para lhe dizer "Tu estás a ser visto." Ele vai gritar comigo até eu ouvir.

The path to vision.
Feed the gaze and the ability to listen means learning that one knows nothing and this way a space opens up to the revelations.
Every time we call someone "stupid" we also say: I know more more than you do! Bu the the truth is that knowing more is admitting that the other person might have something to teach us.
Today I got in touch with a pain and I realize that I have to show humility even to my body.
If I don't stop and say "you are being seen." my body will shout until I listen.
