Húmus:
- grão cozido (1 lata)
- sumo de meio limão/ lima;
- sal e pimenta q.b.;
- azeite q.b.;

1 dente de alho
pequeno;
- um pouco de salsa;
- alguns pinhões ou amêndoas;
- 3 colheres de pasta de sésamo (Tahini);
- meio iogurte grego.
Triturar tudo e ajustar os sabores de acordo com o desejado, acrescentando mais azeite, ou mais iogurte ou mais limão. No fim, temperar com azeite, cominhos moídos e coentros picados.

- bit of olive oil;
- 1 small garlic clove;
- a bit of parsley;
- some pine nuts or almonds
- 3 tablespoons of sesame paste (Tahini)
- 1/2 greek yogurt
Mash all the ingredients and adjust the flavors as desired, adding more olive oil or lemon or more yogurt. In the end, season with olive oil, ground cumin and coriander.
